Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding nationwide, and we are seeking experienced Healthcare Business Development Professionals with experience in telehealth, nursing staffing, or healthcare workforce solutions.

This is a true business development role—not a recruiting position. Your primary responsibility is to identify healthcare organizations, connect with decision-makers, generate new client accounts, and job orders, and build long-term client relationships. You will partner with TrHN recruiters to successfully fill the positions you develop.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new healthcare client relationships.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
  • Identify organizations experiencing nursing and healthcare staffing shortages.
  • Target nursing, telehealth, behavioral health, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Build relationships with healthcare executives, HR leaders, administrators, hiring managers, and staffing decision-makers.
  • Generate new client accounts, staffing opportunities, and qualified job orders.
  • Partner with TrHN recruiters to successfully fill positions generated through your business development efforts.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial prospecting through account growth.
  • Develop and grow your own book of business.
  • Contribute to TrHN's nationwide expansion.
