Job description

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. Referral Bonus when you bring a nurse on board with you!!!

  • Assess and monitor patient health conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Perform nursing procedures and treatments

  • Document patient care accurately in medical records

  • Develop and update individualized care plans

  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care needs

  • Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient status

  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and healthcare team members

  • Supervise nursing assistants and delegated staff when appropriate

  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards

  • Ensure compliance with Maryland nursing regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Maryland 1 year experience.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
