What type of nurse is most in demand in the USA?

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), patient monitoring systems, and medication administration technologies is essential. Exceptional communication, empathy, and adaptability are vital soft skills for effectively supporting patients and collaborating with healthcare teams. These skills and qualifications are crucial for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Is there a demand for nurses?
