Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) Registered Nurse (RN):

Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.

Current CPR

Experience of the Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) Registered Nurse (RN):

At least 1 (one) year experience as an ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) or ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Knowledge of AHCA regulations.
