Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health Nurses in Clinton, MA

New England Home Health Services is a family-owned and operated home health care agency with over 30 years of experience in providing professional and compassionate nursing care. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to medically complex children and adults, and we are currently expanding our team.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team at New England Home Health Services. For this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to a medically complex pediatric client in their home, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This case is looking to fill shifts for:

  • Wed 12a-8a
  • Fri 12a-8a
  • Sat 8a-12a

Competitive hourly pay

  • $38.00 to $60.34 based on discipline and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
  • Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist with case management duties as needed, coordinating services for clients.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of MA.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques.
  • Experience working with medically complex clients preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
