Seacoast Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is currently seeking an Interim Nurse Unit Manager on our Short-Term Unit!  Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager:

  • Current Massachusetts Nursing License 

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, but not required

  • Experience with electronic medical record

  • PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid leadership abilities

  • Weekend on call is required, averaging about once per month. Compensation is provided.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Mentor and lead RN/LPN Staff Nurses in care practices

  • Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care

  • Implement infection control updates
