About the Role:
TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurses to join our growing team in Northern Virginia! This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their lives every single day.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia in good standing
  • Previous home health, private duty, or clinical nursing experience a preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required
  • Experience with Aloraplus is additional bonus
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes throughout Northern Virginia (NOVA)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
