Job description

The VPBS - RN Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of registered nurses in providing high-quality patient care in a healthcare facility. The RN Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and provide guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses in providing patient care
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff
  • Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff
  • Manage the nursing team's budget and resources
  • Ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
