About the opportunity


Mercy Hospitals Victoria Learning Team is seeking a motivated and experienced Neonatal Nurse to join the Learning Team. The Learning Team is committed to providing quality education by promoting excellence in professional practice through empowering Nurses and Midwifes in the public health sector.


The Clinical Nurse Educator will work collaboratively with the Director and Assistant Directors of Nursing and Midwifery Education to support clinical education and training programs.

  • Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal Nursing
  • Knowledge of contemporary Nursing issues

  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
