Job Description

This role supports the Electrical Division and People & Culture team by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines that directly impact organizational growth and hiring success.

Success in this role means delivering a high-quality candidate experience while building strong partnerships with business leaders and strengthening KE's employer brand, all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You'll Do

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements while providing guidance on recruiting best practices
  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience
  • Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, track performance, and support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition
  • Represent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events, career fairs, and throughout candidate interactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support long-term talent pipeline development
Qualifications

What You Bring

You're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or enterprise-level hiring
  • Experience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategies
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Tech-savvy with experience in social recruiting and modern sourcing strategies
  • Experience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or similar platforms

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
