We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed LMFTs and Licensed LPCCs to join our team!


We are an agency that supports its clinicians and clients by creating a diverse and inclusive atmosphere. When developing the practice, the founder wanted to step back from what we are used to as practitioners. While many agencies focus on productivity and high caseloads, the founder wanted to focus on the needs of the clinician. We strive to support our clinicians in their professional development. Our clinicians are encouraged to work with their desired populations, determine their own case load numbers and set their own schedule to best meet their needs and the needs of their clients. Minimum Case Load is 13 clients


This position is an hourly position with the ability to work remotely and schedule your own hours. There is opportunity for growth in this practice.
Responsibilities: Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Maintain accurate client documentation Qualifications: Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have current professional license
