Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Our medical providers are not limited to only Internal Medicine providers, but we also offer other ancillary services such as: Psychology, Pain Management and Podiatry.

JOB DESCRIPTION


The current position is responsible for providing the highest quality Nurse Practitioner care to perform work in the assisted living facilities setting. The NP will provide services such as history and physical examinations, consults, medication management, symptom treatment, mental health evaluations, diagnostic tests, immunizations, assessment of safety and the assessment of the ability to perform activities of daily living within the NP scope of practice and within all agency, state, and federal regulations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • One year experience
  • Home health experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty by a National Credentialing Organization and the State of Michigan.
  • Ability to work in a autonomously, structured environment
