Otterbein is seeking a Universal Hospice RN to handle weekend on call, to assist in the growth of our Universal Hospice ministry in Logan, Champaign, Hardin and Auglaize Counties.

Status and Shift: Full Time, Part-Time and PRN (No Scheduled Weekends)
Responsibilities
Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Hospice Nurse.
  • This role is responsible for primary caseload.
  • This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 - 4 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
