Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will center on providing therapeutic care to individuals and families grappling with complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illness. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families.
  • Crafting comprehensive treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and incorporate client input to foster engagement and buy-in.
  • Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
