About the Role
The Senior Account Manager - Paid Social role is an account management and leadership role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves developing strategy and executing on that strategy in ad platforms for B2C clients. The ideal candidate wants to join a thriving digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You should be confident in your ability to drive improvements in account performance, while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You will be expected to push the outer limits of your paid social advertising knowledge through continuous testing and immersion into industry trends.
Client Revenue Oversight:
  • Serve as the main point of contact and client channel lead clients, while supporting the larger team across various projects
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for managed accounts
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Develop weekly client meeting content to track progress toward client goals
Paid Social & Process:
  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
  • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Assist with trainings on new features and services
  • Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
About You
The essentials:
  • 2-3+ years of direct paid social client management including Meta and TikTok advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes
  • Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
  • You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
  • You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
  • 'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Not a must, but a plus:
  • An expert in Google Analytics and Pixel integrations
  • Experience in creative reporting platforms such as Motion
  • Directly managed paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
