Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. With a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, the licensed therapist will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness.

In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home while leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients across Altoona, Pennsylvania, and beyond. • Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and ethical standards.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic trends.

We serve a diverse population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, many of whom seek support for issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and life transition difficulties. Your role as a licensed mental health therapist will bring a personal touch to each case, fostering trust and encouraging clients on their paths to recovery and empowerment.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Pennsylvania state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent qualifications).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual therapy in a mental health setting.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Ability to effectively use telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches is advantageous but not strictly required.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions that can be adapted for telehealth settings.
