Job description

Jenkins Landscape Company is currently looking for a Front Office Coordinator, the Nucleus of Office Operations, to join our team in Hobe Sound, FL.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answers phones manages the reception area, office flow and is the nucleus of administration.
  • Performs various administrative tasks including answering emails, calendar management, scanning, filing, mailing, ordering supplies, and entering data in NetSuite and other platforms.
  • Creates and manages spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Creates a positive experience for employees and clients by answering questions, gathering information, and passing messages.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Experience with NetSuite (preferred), Xero, Zoho, or similar software
  • Professional and polite communication skills
  • Attitude best characterized as self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Valid FL Driver's License 
  • 1 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience preferred
