As our Nocturnist Physician you will play a crucial role within an award-winning hospitalist program, delivering high-quality patient care across five major hospitals in the Sacramento area. To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and compassionate board-certified physician with a strong commitment to nocturnal hospitalist care. Scheduling/Structure:
  • Full-time Nocturnist position (1.0)
  • Night shifts will be scheduled as 10-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling
  • Maintains privileges at all Dignity-affiliated hospitals
  • 165 shifts per year

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $345,342 /Year
  • Sign-on bonus available

Job Requirements
Required:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
  • DEA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
