  • Serve as a scientific resource to customers by addressing technical questions, troubleshooting applications, and providing guidance on TriLink technologies, products, and services.
  • Assess customer requirements and collaborate with Product Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to evaluate technical feasibility and identify appropriate solution approaches.
  • Represent TriLink through customer meetings, scientific presentations, webinars, workshops, conferences, and industry events while communicating technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Capture and communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), emerging applications, scientific literature, and market trends to support product improvements, customer applications, and commercial initiatives.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more relevant areas, such as guide RNA (gRNA), oligonucleotide synthesis, mRNA technologies, nucleic acid therapeutics, molecular biology, or related scientific applications.
  • Experience supporting scientific product development, custom manufacturing, analytical testing, process development, GMP services, quality, or related technical functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical requirements, analyze scientific information, troubleshoot applications, and develop practical customer-focused recommendations.
  • Strong customer-facing, consultative, presentation, and scientific communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of clinical development, CMC, GMP, or regulatory considerations supporting nucleic acid therapeutics is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Business Development, Commercial, Product Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality organizations.
