The ARRT Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Perform a variety of specialized technical tasks in Diagnostic Ultrasound utilizing high frequency sound waves to assist medical and professional personnel in detecting anatomical abnormalities.
The evaluation is to assure individual performance, departmental goals and organizational goals are aligned. It is designed to support communication between the manager and the employee.
