We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team as a W-2 employee. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a drive to provide top-notch, in-home service to our customers. With our compensation structure combining a guaranteed minimum hourly rate with performance-based commissions, you will enjoy both the stability of a reliable income and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your hard work.

US In Home Services is a premier Home Appliance Service Center. We are a for-profit corporation registered and operating across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, with more expansion underway.

We provide repair solutions under contract with most major manufacturers (such as Samsung, LG, GE, Electrolux, Hisense, and Midea) and extended warranty providers (such as AIG, Assurant, Asurion, NSA, and AllState). We service all major home appliances including washers, dryers, ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee machines.

Compensation & Benefits

·       Stable yet Lucrative Pay: Guaranteed minimum hourly pay plus a generous commission structure per completed job.

·       (Note: Commissions are performance-based and contingent upon strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. Commissions may be subject to cancellation or forfeiture in the event of policy violations).

·       Paid Time Off (PTO): Available upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

·       Paid Training: Comprehensive in-office and in-field training provided.

·       Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle.

·       Growth: Opportunities for promotion to Branch Manager as you grow with the company.

Requirements

·       Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays are available/required as needed.

·       Communication: Able to speak fluent English to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate situations.

·       Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.

·       Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for daily routing.

·       Education: Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Experience & Certifications

·       Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred). Candidates with relevant experience are a PLUS, and experienced technicians (2+ years) may be eligible for higher starting earning potential.

·       Candidates with no experience but a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply!

·       Driver's License (Required)

·       EPA Type I Certification (Preferred)
