Job description

CIeNET is seeking Technical Solutions Engineering Lead to support observability dashboard solutions for ASIC data center hardware and software platforms.

In this role, this person will serve as the primary technical interface between CIeNET’s customer based in the U.S. and our development engineering team based in Taipei, driving technical alignment and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strong technical background in critical dashboard development, ASIC bring-up, NPI, and testing workflows, enabling effective collaboration between product and software engineering teams.

Location: United States- Remote East Coast

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between customer engineering teams and the development team in Taipei.
  • Gather, clarify, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions while coordinating technical discussions and project execution across globally distributed teams. Monitor program health, identify execution risks, and proactively drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver dashboard solutions for ASIC bring-up, NPI, testing, and data center hardware/software observability.
  • Review technical solutions, communicate project status and technical risks, and ensure customer requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Drive continuous improvements in dashboard functionality, usability, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or technical solutions with external-facing engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of leading teams of various sizes
  • Proficiency in Go, and Python/Java.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Experience developing web-based engineering applications, data visualization tools, and dashboards.
  • Strong familiarity with ASIC bring-up, NPI, testing, and hardware validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data center hardware platforms or infrastructure testing.
  • Experience supporting ASIC validation or silicon development projects.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant program management certifications are considered a plus.
