The Cadent Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship post-sale and ensures superior client service through excellence in campaign management, relationship development, client retention and incremental sales. In addition to regular client communication, Account Managers interact across Cadentโ€™s internal departments as well as the partner landscape on behalf of their clients.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-facing role in the digital marketing and/or media agency space, with a special focus on Healthcare and Pharma.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and maintain cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns (i.e. display, video, native, rich media) in partnership with clients and internal teams to help clients connect with their customers/users
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure client deliverables and campaign needs are met in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to build Health specific audiences, launch campaigns on time, and drive optimum performance throughout the campaignโ€™s flight
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Cadent Health products and services to upsell when performance and/or offerings align with customerโ€™s business needs
  • Partner with Data Analytics to prepare regular and post-campaign reporting presentations to analyze performance and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations and new opportunities for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to strategize and identify ways to optimize campaign performance to drive peak results for clients and health audiences
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Keep abreast of digital media developments and industry technologies and capabilities, especially in the Health/Pharma space

Requirements

  • College diploma, with relevant degrees in marketing or communications
  • 2-3 years in a client facing programmatic, account management, customer success or media planning role in the Health/Pharma space
    • Prior account management experience at an ad tech or media company is a must; experience in supporting Health/Pharma campaigns is a plus
  • Strong understanding of interactive media planning and buying, and success metrics (NPI Reach, Audience Quality, CPQA, CTR, CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.)
  • Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task
  • Responsible, resourceful, and results & goal driven
  • Independent, confident, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Possess great initiative and proactively identifies new opportunities
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic communication, analytical thinking and collaboration with both clients and internal team members
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS, IQVIA, IPSOS, Crossix, Symphony, NPI Insights & Reporting
  • Understanding of the programmatic market, with exposure to bid management and campaign management optimization strategies
  • Ability to work in our New York City
