The successful candidate willserve as the dedicated supply chain owner for Popeyes' new product introduction (NPI) pipelineandwillplay a critical role indriving the successful launch of new food across Popeyes US. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, includingMarketing,Culinary, Operations,QA,external vendors,andGlobalTeams, to ensureflawless execution from concept to national launch. Key position requirements include strongproject management,analytical, problem solving, relationship management, andcommunicationskills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner with purchasing cooperative to own end-to-end supply chain execution for all new menu item launches, from Marketing / Culinary concept through market test to national rollout.

Act as a single Supply Chain point of contact bridging Culinary, Marketing, and the purchasing cooperativethroughout the NPI process.

Ensure supply readiness for innovation itemson theMarketingCalendar, in collaboration withthepurchasing cooperative.
Manage day-to-day relationshipsand communications with the purchasing cooperative, QA, and key suppliers to support NPI launches and ongoing restaurant operations.

Ensuresupplier readiness,andquality standardswhile meeting profitability targets across the innovation pipeline.

Required Skills:

3+ years of supply chain,project management, or consulting experience specifically related to supply chain, and/orlogistics. Retail and/or QSR, or CPG/Retailpreferred.
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience withArrowStream,SAP ERP, SAP Business Intelligence,SmartSheet, SurveyMonkey, Monday.com, and SQL (Databricks, Snowflake, Sigma Computing) is an asset.
