Description:

This role is responsible for all Program Manager (PM) functions including but not limited to order management, forecasts, margin analysis, leading their customer focus teams and most importantly maintaining the integrity of the customer business relationship. PMs are the face of the organization with their customers. This Senior Program Manager position will be a partner with Leadership team and provide strategic sales expertise in support of the business and its’ customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Lead the Customer Focused Teams (CFT) as the primary contact with customers.

· Manage customer order due dates to ensure 98% OTD.

· Enter customer orders, forecasts, demands within 24 hours of receipt for new and sustaining projects.

· Monitor and manage actions to maintain EBITDA margins in accordance with company targets

· Monitor sales orders/work orders within ERP System and manage actions to ensure all process steps are addressed by the applicable CFT member in a timely manner.

· Review and address any price variances, tariff charges and expenses and ensure they are processed/invoiced on a monthly/quarterly basis.

· Manage material planning for all sales orders in Odoo to control inventory costs and keep inventory turns within 90 days.

· Coordinate and Conduct QBR's with customers on a quarterly/annual basis.

· Work to achieve and then maintain customer satisfaction surveys above 90%.

· Maintain sales order scheduled dates within ERP for all assemblies loaded.

· Participate in weekly Production and PM meetings.

· Participate and lead weekly calls with sister sites.

· Run and Publish Monthly Sales Revenue and Backlog reports as needed.

· Work with Sales and Leadership team to develop annual sales budgets.

· Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns related to quality, delivery, pricing, engineering changes, and operational performance.

· Develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships to support long-term business growth and retention.

· Lead customer product launches, engineering change orders (ECOs), and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure successful transition into production.

· Own customer account profitability, revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and margin improvement initiatives.

· Identify opportunities for cost reductions, pricing improvements, and additional revenue generation.

Preferred Education, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 5 to 7 years’ experience in Program Management and or in a customer-facing role. Working in EMS or Electronic contract manufacturing environment preferred. Experience using Microsoft Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint required. Previous experience using MRP/ERP systems required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk and utilize technology such as computers. Ability to occasionally lift to twenty pounds.
