NPD professionals are responsible for overseeing the process of bringing new products to market, from the initial idea and concept through design, development, testing, and launch. They collaborate with teams across research, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals. Their work often involves market research, project management, and coordinating timelines and budgets. NPD roles are crucial for companies looking to innovate and stay competitive.
