Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources across cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and product development.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives related to product development, process improvement, and strategic business goals.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, product development, engineering support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or R&D environments is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, or project management software is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting new product development (NPD) or new product introduction (NPI) projects is desirable.
Compensation

$21 to $29 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and demonstrated project management competencies.
