Job description

Project Management Lead the Production Preparedness Process for any NPD projects, whether complete model or sub-systems. Lead facility and infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, EHS, quality, manufacturing, and contractors. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Prepare bid packages, review contractor proposals, and oversee contractor qualification and performance. Facilities Engineering Support the operation and maintenance of building systems including: HVAC systems Electrical distribution systems Compressed air systems Boilers and steam systems Ensure facility systems meet manufacturing production requirements. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for facility equipment. Coordinate shutdowns, equipment installations, and utility tie-ins. Manufacturing Support Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Support manufacturing layout changes, process improvements, and equipment relocations. Evaluate and implement energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives. Assist with root cause investigations related to facility or utility failures. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local regulatory requirements. Support safety programs, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Maintain facility documentation including drawings, SOPs, permits, and maintenance records. Participate in audits and corrective action activities. Ensure contractors comply with plant safety standards and permit requirements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain engineering project documentation and change management records. Update facility layouts, utility drawings, and equipment specifications. Generate project reports, KPI tracking, and maintenance performance summaries. Assist in developing standard operating procedures and engineering standards. Build effective relationships, portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional behavior.
