Providers in the practice include Tarun Nagrani, MD, Jay Hamze, MD, Marion Hochstetler, MD, Jeremiah Martin, MD, Joe Herrmann, DO, Paul Rase, NP, Amy Spencer, NP, Linda Lester, NP, Amanda Williams, NP, Jade Kirkpatrick, NP, Becky Kalb, NP, Ashley Crace-Speas, NP, Tina Morgan, NP, and Cody Delaney, PA.

    • Inpatient consults/cardiac testing located in main hospital
    • Outpatient clinic located on the main campus of the hospital
    • 1805 27th Street Portsmouth, OH 45662 (hospital)
    • 1711 27th Street Braunlin Building Suite 206 Portsmouth, OH 45662 (clinic)
  • Office Hours/Work Schedule
    • 7 days on/7 days off
  • Staffing
    • 5 Physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery)
