About the Role:

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals experiencing pain or trauma. This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while prioritizing patient safety and quality care. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both physical and psychosocial aspects of health. By integrating evidence-based pain management strategies and trauma-informed care, the practitioner will enhance patient outcomes and support long-term wellness. Ultimately, this position aims to improve access to high-quality healthcare services within the community, ensuring compassionate and effective care for all patients served.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments, family medicine, and pain management.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • DEA License by hire date
