Job description

NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Center Manager to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics! Please see details below and if interested, apply directly and we will forward your information over to NovaCare for consideration.
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 evenings a week until 7pm, No Weekends!
Compensation: Yearly salary is $90,000-$110,000 based on your experience.
Incentives: $5000 Sign on Bonus!
Unique Location/Job Details: 2 PT, 1 PTA outpatient center with front desk staff that is looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic. Working closely with orthopedic surgeons with The Rothman Institute. Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 2 years of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
  • CPR Certification
