We offer Assistant Nurse Manager positions for Experienced RNs. The Norton Healthcare team will walk you through career opportunities and pathways during this process.
As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to create and maintain a financially stable unit, and to promote self and staff development. In addition, the Assistant Nurse Manager supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members and when assuming a direct care role has the responsibility to assess, develop, implement and evaluate plans of care.
