Northtown Subaru Transit, Depew; Northtown Kia, Amherst

Overview

Description

Full-time positions available, at multiple locations.

- Northtown Subaru Transit, in Depew

- Northtown Kia, in Amherst

Occupational Summary:

  • The billing of retail, wholesale and fleet vehicle sales. Processing all vehicle sales in NYS DMV Systems

Hours: Full-time: Availability must be within Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm and every Saturday 9am - 5pm required.

-You would be given Sundays and one weekday off, decided at time of hire.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Bill all retail, wholesale, dealer trade & fleet vehicle deals
  • Process all DMV paperwork through Tri-Vin in accordance with DMV regulations
  • Process and organize all paperwork for funding vehicle transactions
  • Process all required paperwork for accepting trade-in vehicle
  • Complete and submit the required paperwork to central accounting office
  • Maintain adequate supply of all paperwork forms for Financial Institutions, DMV, and third party vendors
  • Continuous communication with Sales Management on paperwork that needs to be obtained by Sales Associates.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous office work experience preferred, but not required.
  • Great schedule / position for a college student
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to retain training on ADP system
  • Must have ability to learn and execute DMV rules and regulations relative to all vehicle sales paperwork
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
