Northpointe's products are used by courts, probation departments, and correctional facilities to inform decisions about sentencing, supervision, and rehabilitation. Their tools aim to make the justice process more data-driven and equitable. However, the use of such tools has also raised discussions about fairness and transparency in the justice system.

What types of projects do team members at Northpointe typically work on, and how is collaboration structured within the company?

Employees can expect to participate in regular project meetings, work closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
