***Pinion Orthopedics is a hospital-owned, single-specialty group located on the hospital campus of NNRH in Elko, NV.

  • As a General Orthopedic Surgeon, you’ll join an established group in a clinic setting that specializes in total joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture care.
