Somnia Anesthesia | Welcoming Care Team model | Leading compensations | Practice variety | Clinician-led - CRNA + Physician model.

Join a dynamic, clinician-led team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and offers the flexibility to thrive. You’ll be primarily based at one location, with opportunities to support nearby system sites as needed — all within a 30‑minute commute across five diverse and collaborative practice settings.

Compensation:

  • Per Diem rate: $150 per hour
  • Medical professional liability insurance

Practice Environment:

  • Anesthesia Supervision model
  • >40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations
  • 5 facilities within 30‑minute commute
    • Methodist University Hospital
    • Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown
    • Methodist North Hospital
    • Methodist South Hospital
    • Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS
