Description:

Hi Noon Hospitality is hiring an Accounting Manager who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role will report directly to the CFO and works with little supervision. The Accounting Manager is responsible for full-cycle accounting, managing the close process and ensuring accurate reporting.


Day in the Life:

· Oversee daily accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR and payroll.

· Responsible for timely sales tax filings, bank and credit card reconciliations.

· Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format, ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.

· Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.

· Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.

· Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.

· Manage and optimize the mid-month, month-end and year-end close processes.

· Prepares journal entries, accruals, analysis, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.

· Meet processing and reporting deadlines.

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

· Supervise, mentor and train the accounting staff.

Requirements:


· Full cycle experience required, experience with GAAP is a plus.

· Several years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role

· Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance

· Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Data entry etc.

· Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must

· Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, restaurant staff and executives

· Exposure to highly confidential information
