To be successful as a talented sales consultant you will be talking to people nonstop and would feel uncomfortable if you weren't doing something. You live to achieve goals and love personal growth. You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals. As a Product Specialist, you will help our guests find the perfect vehicle. We do not pay commission on vehicle sale price but by the number of cars sold per month. Your job is to create an amazing guest experience and find the best-matched vehicle for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • complete our extensive and ongoing sales training and personal development programs
  • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Hit team goals with the sales department
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments
  • Ensure you are up-to-date with business targets
  • Motivate fellow team members to achieve great results
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments

Skills

  • Experience as a sales consultant is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Communication skills
  • BS degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus
  • Hospitality, Sales, or the Service Industry are a plus
