Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively, while helping advance the organization's mission. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and exercises discretion, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and board materials
  • Coordinate and support board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with project management and tracking key initiatives across the organization
  • Support donor relations efforts, including communication and event coordination
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and speaking engagements
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives (non-profit experience preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
