Position Description & Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY
Central Indiana Region (CIR), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist who is comfortable with all Interventional procedures and general radiology interpretations. An ideal work/life balance, this position is a daytime onsite, 14 on/14 off position with option of with 7 on/7 off with NO diagnostic call required and offers a diverse caseload. This position will read 90-100% IR and 0-10% General.
The candidate will also have the potential to build any areas of interest within a growing Interventional Radiology department, with the opportunity for a leadership role. Enjoy a highly competitive salary with flexible earning capability, commencement bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefit package, malpractice insurance coverage and fellowship financial support. Additional compensation is provided for leadership responsibilities.
The position also leverages Radiology Partners' Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and workflow automation to prioritize studies, improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative burden so radiologists can focus on high-quality diagnostic interpretation.
This position offers up to $100K starting bonus along with a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to join a stable, physician-led practice with long-term growth potential.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
  • Full-Time 14 on 14 off or 7on 7off
  • Shift: 7am-4pm EST Sunday - Sunday day shift w/ IR call
  • ~$3,500+ per shift
  • After hour call-ins are relatively light
  • Total of 26 weeks per year (182 shifts)
  • Additional compensation for each on-call night
  • Full spectrum of vascular and non-vascular interventions
  • Fully digital including PACS and EMR

CIR is a subspecialty practice that provides services for Terre Haute, Indiana, a Tort Reform State, and the surrounding counties. The practice serves Union Health - a 380 bed, acute care hospital and level III trauma facility. RP IN-CIR is a boutique sub-specialized, diversified, state of the art private practice.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology Required
  • ABR Certification in IR is a plus

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $650,000-$700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
