HARRY S TRUMAN COLLEGE
Harry S Truman College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago, is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Executive Director - Student Financial Services.
The Executive Director provides college-wide leadership and oversight for the administration of federal and state financial aid programs, institutional and external scholarships, veterans educational benefits, financial literacy initiatives, and related student financial services. The position is responsible for ensuring that all programs, policies, procedures, and operations are administered accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) policies.
As a senior leader within the college's student services operation, the Executive Director provides vision, strategic direction, and operational leadership to ensure students and prospective students receive responsive, accurate, and high-quality financial aid services. The position partners closely with College and District leadership, academic departments, student services offices, faculty, and community organizations to advance student access, enrollment, retention, financial literacy, and overall student success.
The Executive Director also leads continuous improvement efforts within Student Financial Services, establishes appropriate internal controls, monitors regulatory compliance, develops staff, and ensures the department maintains a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
The starting salary for this position is between $92,866.00 - $95,000.00.
Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as other factors such as internal equity. Benefits information is found athttps://www.ccc.edu/departments/Benefits/
