Full job description
Arcadia is a privately owned assisted living community located in SE Portland. We have 68 private apartments and offer 24/7 services to private pay seniors. Our community has an Enhanced Care area for higher acuity residents.
Our recent State survey, in 2025 was excellent. We would like to make sure we continue to have staff that support our resident needs and strive for excellence.
This job overlaps as a Health Care Coordinator (HCC) and Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and includes participation in the on-call rotation to meet the care/staffing needs of residents.
REQUIRED: Applicants must have experience working in a senior living facility in a leadership role and with medication management for at least 20 residents at a time. This is non-negotiable.
Duties may include the following, but are not limited to...
  • Coordinating care to meet the needs of elderly residents
  • Meetings with family and residents
  • Collecting and documenting weights, vital signs, and reviewing parameters
  • Incident report investigations
  • Med Tech supervision and training
  • Caregiver supervision and training
  • Scheduling staff
  • Continuous quality improvement
  • Maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines
  • Safety compliance

On call rotation for urgent staffing needs.
This person may assist with order processing, answering phones, working on the floor as a caregiver or med tech, order supplies, ensure resident care and medications delivered as ordered.
Candidates must be able to professionally interact with residents, staff, family and various medical offices and care partners to facilitate the ongoing care needs of residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
