With over 45 years in service, Pathways LA has become the leading agency for a multi-year, county-wide initiative to increase the service of childcare needs. Our passionate and dedicated team has great pride in serving families and early childhood educators throughout Metro LA. Our team includes directors, case specialists, child development coordinators, coaches and teachers & staff for our child development centers.

OFFICIAL TITLE: Specialist, Child Development Ed. (CDE)
Work location: Administrative Offices - Downtown, Los Angeles
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week. Occasional weekends and/or evenings.
Hybrid, 2 days/week in office / 3 days/week work from home upon Completion of training.
Salary: $21-$23/ hour DOE and Education.

·10 days of Vacation per year for the first 2 years of service. Accrual at start.
