Job description

Oversee and ensure legal compliance throughout all employee relations activities, including training, investigations, decision-making processes and follow through. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety Quality Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

  • achelor's Degree human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology or other business-related field, or equivilant experience
  • 2
  • + years human resources experience in food manufacturing 
  • S
  • trong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

  • roficient in Microsoft Office

  • bility to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions

  • horough knowledge of plant procedures and policies

  • xcellent oral and written communication skills
