A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast presence is adding a Paint Project Manager to its Savannah, GA area office. The company works in healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, handling new construction and renovation across a regional project footprint. The Savannah office manages over $20 million in annual contracts, runs lean, and is on an aggressive expansion path. For a commercial paint PM after autonomy, meaningful bonuses, and a real career path, this one is worth a conversation.

  • Anticipated $85,000–$110,000, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus — can be substantial based on project and company profitability

Overview:

  • Manage commercial paint and wall covering projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects at once
  • Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material available to the floor
  • Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
  • Maintain quality standards and keep subs in a position to succeed
  • Report directly to regional office leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Commercial paint and wall covering project management experience — required
  • High-end commercial interior finish background preferred (healthcare, multifamily, hospitality)
  • 3–7 years of PM experience in commercial construction — specialty contractor preferred
  • Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
  • Interest in future branch leadership
