Compensation amp; Benefits:
Salary Range: $80-$95K

Position Summary:
- Lead and facilitate the development of a positive, inclusive and engaged work environment within multi-site manufacturing operations
- Leverage a strong HR generalist background while building effective partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy aligned with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective partnerships within the HR team, the leadership team and with all other business partners
- Be visible and act as a trusted advisor and resource for all associates
- Coach, counsel, develop and guide leaders to help identify and solve issues, drive communication, development and overall leadership effectiveness
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment of hourly and exempt associates, sourcing to onboarding
- Flexibility to travel to multi-site operations and work during different shifts, per business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory, talent and positive associate relations experience
- Multi-site operations, union and non-union experience preferred
- Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills
- Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency highly preferred
