Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager IV to lead multiple high-impact technology initiatives for Charter Communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with executive leadership. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex, high-visibility technical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology delivery processes.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, MS Project, and similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and other project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Experience with Chalk or similar workforce planning/platform tools.
