Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a rapidly growing AI healthcare technology startup building an intelligent platform that helps healthcare organizations improve clinical documentation quality and compliance through AI-powered automation.
As the company continues to scale, you'll play a key role in evolving the engineering infrastructure, improving system scalability, and solving complex technical challenges. Working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll own major technical initiatives and help shape the future of the platform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and backend services.
  • Build AI-powered solutions that process and analyze large volumes of clinical documentation.
  • Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of core platform infrastructure.
  • Lead technical initiatives and contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help foster a high-ownership engineering culture.
