Customer Service Representative – ( Customer-Facing Sales & Marketing )


On Trend Group is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, personable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.


This is a customer-facing role that combines customer service, sales, customer engagement, and marketing. You’ll represent our clients and brands directly, build strong customer relationships, provide an excellent customer experience, and support business growth through face-to-face interactions.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences and supporting our sales and marketing objectives.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing On Trend Group, our clients and partner brands professionally and confidently
  • Engaging with customers through face-to-face customer service and sales interactions
  • Building rapport and developing positive, long-term customer relationships
  • Understanding customer needs and providing clear, helpful information and solutions
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and business growth
  • Identifying customer needs and recognising relevant sales opportunities
