Travel Registered Nurse - Lactation Consultant Program Coordinator(Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Lactation Consultant Program Coordinator for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA.

Contract Details
  • Days; 8hr days - Monday thru Friday
  • Start Date: 6/22/2026
  • Contract: 13 weeks
  • Location: Pittsfield, MA
  • Hourly Pay: $ 30.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $2146.00
  • Weekend Requirements: None/Holiday rotation required
  • Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.

This position is responsible for providing expert assessment, treatment, consultation, planning and leadership oversight for optimal lactation management in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.

For patients with advanced lactation support needs, will formulate an interdisciplinary plan of care and communicate with the care team related to these goals and plans.

  • Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
  • Operating and tracking medical equipment
  • Running and ordering tests
  • Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
  • Charting patient progress

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (BCLC) is required - Equivalent Certs NOT accepted
  • A MINIMUM of 2500 hours as a breast-feeding consultant is required
  • Experience with inpatient lactation programs is required
  • Outpatient prenatal and postpartum lactation education, consultations and/or teaching experience is required
  • Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
  • CERTS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. PLEASE INCLUDE IN PROFILE. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER - This is non-negotiable
  • Perm address must be included with profile
  • Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
