Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll allocations, and general ledger activity
  • Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and program-level reporting
  • Track grant expenditures and ensure compliance with funding requirements
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
  • Partner with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar
